Job Summary: Responsible for the delivery of high quality education and service to students, preparing budgets and regular financial reports, and supervising all staff, in accordance with best practices. Key duties and responsibilities Co-ordinating , development and implementation of sound financial, administrative policies and strategies in order to realize the Strategic objectives of the collegeProvide innovative leadership and direction in the management of the College’s resources that include Human, Physical, Financial and information resourcesDevelop and Maintain strong relationships with clients and seek new studentsVerify accounting journals, ledgers and other financial recordsPayroll preparation and statutory remittanceMonitor Students accounts for non-paymentsSupervise the financial accounts for audit purposesSupervise Monthly Management accounts for board approvalsIn consultation with the Board of management review new procedures, manuals and systems Minimum Requirements: Bachelors’ degree in Commerce, Accounting, Banking, Management or Finance Option.
