Yes! Even if you apply for a job offer, the only information shared with the employer will be the profile information that you allow us to share. This also applies to referrals.

You can search and filter for specific job offers that might interest you. If you feel confident, you can apply right away or you can simply bookmark the ones you like. You can also refer your friends for jobs they might like and receive a reward if they get hired!

Everyone is free to join our platform. I’m sure you’ve got several experienced friends, so go ahead and refer them. If they get the job, hey, you may get a referral reward.Employers are also looking for entry level candidates, you can go ahead and register.

That’s not a problem! You only have to pay attention to the job offer description where it says if they offer support with relocation. Also, we’re constantly working on getting more full-time or part-time remote job openings. Use the filters on the search bar to sort them out.

Each job offer has a reward that double motivates you to refer a job to a friend who you think has the best-fit. According to our research , candidates who provide an employer with a great referral have a higher chance of getting hired.

Your friend will receive a notification (via e-mail) to apply for the job. Once your friend applies, the referral notification will appear on your Dashboard and once they are hired, you can claim your referral reward.

Every job has a cash reward that you can earn by successfully referring a friend for a specific role. You can choose between getting the cash transferred to your account or MPesa transfer, for bank transfer we will require an invoice from you, though. Sorry, accountants say so!

You'll simply need to go to Post Jobs section and select what kind of job offer you want to post.

After that, you have to register your company and you’re ready to post the job offer. Our team will then review it and publish it so that everyone can see it.

We have developed/developing an algorithm that assesses the quality score of each referral. Right now we're on automated and manual mode.

Someone once said do things that don’t scale. Until you figure out how to make a computer do it better, that is.

Start with a job description that’s clear in what it expects of successful candidates, and also shows your company’s personality. Provide as much information as you can to the Talent Board team, and if we ask for clarification on anything, try and be prompt so we can make sure no candidates are left on hold. Nobody likes that! We’re here to help.

If have selected the paying options as an employer: If, for some reason, the employer decides not to keep the new hire, or if the hire leaves the employer within a 90 day guarantee period after his/her starting date, Talent Board will re-open or keep the job offer live until a new candidate is hired by the employer, at no extra cost.( For only that 1 replacement)
